Shipping

All orders will be processed on the same working day for orders placed before 23:59 CET (excluding weekends and holidays), after you have received your order confirmation email. You will receive a new message when your order has been shipped.


Shipment

We aim to deliver your order to the delivery address you provide when placing your order.

We may notify you if we expect to exceed the expected delivery date, but we will not be liable to you for any loss, liability, cost, damage, or expense due to delayed delivery to the extent permitted by law.

We may not be able to deliver products to certain locations. In such cases, we will inform you and ensure that the order is canceled and refunded or delivered to another delivery address that you have confirmed.

The risk of the product passes to you upon delivery to the delivery address unless the delivery is delayed due to your failure to fulfill your obligations under these terms. The risk passes on the day the delivery would have taken place if you had not fulfilled your obligations.

If you cannot accept delivery or pick up your order, we can provide you with a card with instructions on how to arrange for a new delivery or pick-up from the carrier.

How can I check the status of my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number so you can check its status. It may take up to 24 hours before tracking information is available.

If you have not received your order within 10 days after receiving your delivery confirmation email, please contact us at info@verve-atele.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate the matter for you.

 

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery if the item is unused, in original condition, and meets our return policy. We will refund the full amount of the order. See our full return policy for more information.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at info@verve-atele.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We will take care of it as soon as possible and do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
